Stefan Koch is a CPA and seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in law firm accounting for over a decade. As the CEO of SUROVAS, he partners with clients to strengthen accounting and financial operations, improve HR practices, and align firm strategy with long-term sustainability. Previously, as Controller and Administrator for Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge LLP, he oversaw full-cycle accounting operations and financial reporting, managed comprehensive HR functions, and served as a strategic partner to firm leadership on process improvement, cost savings, and organizational transitions. Stefan is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, B.A., (cum laude).
